Caporexa S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Caporexa"), with RNC 1-32-98765-4 and registered office at Av. Winston Churchill No. 1099, Torre Citi, 12th Floor, Piantini, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is the controller of the personal data collected through the site caporexa.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the name and email address that you voluntarily provide through the subscription form, as well as technical navigation data (IP address, device type, pages visited) obtained through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, news from the Dominican Republic real estate sector, educational content and commercial communications from Caporexa. We also use aggregated data to analyse the use of the site and improve its functionality.

Processing is based on your explicit consent when you complete the form and accept this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
